Outdoor FTTH GYTA53 Fiber Optic Cable Double Sided Protective Cover

1.Product Description of New Stranded Loose Tube Armored Cable GYTA53

The fibers, 125μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound.

A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with high fiber count, locates in the center of core as a metallic strength member. Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core. Which is filled with the filling compound to protect it from water ingress. Then the cable core is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the water blocking material is placed outside the inner sheath, the PSP is longitudinally applied.

And then,the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.

2. Feature

Excellent mechanical and temperature performance
Special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fiber and resist the water.
Single steel wire as the central strength member to withstand axial loads.
Inner sheath effectively lower the external mechanical loading.
Corrugated steel tape longitudinal cover cable core and provide good crush resistance.
PE sheath protects cable from ultraviolet radiation.
100% core filling water prevent cable jelly to ensure the cable watertight.
AL tape longitudinal cover cable core as moisture barrier.
